About These Screenshots
The stock osTicket interface has not changed much in years, and it shows most on a phone or tablet. This dashboard theme replaces that experience with a responsive, card-based interface built on a modern grid — without changing how osTicket works underneath. The screenshots above cover the pages your team touches most: the agent dashboard, the open ticket queue, individual ticket threads, help topic management, system logs and the theme settings page.
On the customer side you can see the redesigned support centre: opening a new ticket, checking ticket status and reading a full conversation. Each page reflows cleanly from a 27-inch monitor down to a small mobile screen, so your customers never have to pinch and zoom to get help.
Colour Schemes & Customisation
The theme ships with six ready-made colour patterns — including the red and orange variants shown above — selectable from the theme settings screen inside osTicket admin. If your brand needs something specific, the Custom CSS field lets you override any colour, font size or spacing value. Nothing is hard-coded and no core osTicket file is modified, so upgrading osTicket later stays safe and simple.
Compatibility
These screenshots were captured on osTicket v1.18. The theme is compatible with osTicket v1.17 and v1.18, installs in a couple of minutes and works in every modern browser. Follow the installation guide to get the same result on your own helpdesk.
